Kunzea ambigua is a Tasmanian coastal plant with a distinct floral aroma. It is a unique herb with a strong, robust flavour similar to rosemary but with citrus, eucalypt and honey notes.

• Use generously in game meats and roasts and sparingly with seafood and white meats.
