Orders and Shipping
Standard shipping to metropolitan areas can take up to 10 days (COVID-19 dependent). Currently Australia Post are not guaranteeing delivery time for Express Post and it can take 4+ days.
Simply call us on 0403 500 801 or use the form on the Contact Us page quoting your Order Number and we will make the changes for you. You can also reply to the email containing your Order Confirmation to supply us with the correct address.

Our Shopping Cart allows you to (optionally) save your payment details for future purchases. These are encrypted and kept securely – not visible to us or others.
Where it is applicable, we will charge GST. However, the vast majority of our products are foods that are GST exempt.
