Black Garlic Products
Black garlic is aged Tasmanian garlic that’s been slowly transformed into something completely different – soft, savoury, slightly sweet, and deeply umami.
We make our black garlic in small batches using locally grown garlic, aged over time until the cloves turn jet black and mellow. The result is a rich, versatile ingredient that works across savoury cooking, from simple weeknight meals to slow-cooked favourites.
This collection includes whole bulbs, ready-to-use black garlic paste, and black garlic finishing salt – each made to suit different styles of cooking and seasoning.
Because black garlic relies on seasonal Tasmanian garlic, availability is limited and batches vary from year to year.
