How to use

Mix za’atar with olive oil and drizzle it over flatbread before baking. Sprinkle za’atar on chicken, beef, or seafood before cooking. It gives a great flavor to the protein of your choice. Toss chopped vegetables, tofu or chickpeas with olive oil and za’atar seasoning before roasting for an earthy flavor. Add za’atar to dips, especially  hummus or labne. Combine za’atar with olive oil and lemon juice and use it to dress salads.

Store in a cool dry place, preferably out of direct sun and heat. Our 100% natural spice blends don’t contain any artificial flavours or colours.
