This wonderful artisan finishing salt blend is lovingly handcrafted in Tasmania.
Tasmanian black winter truffles are tasty members of the fungus family and add an incredible hearty, earthy flavor to just about any dish.
Porcini are a rich and meaty mushroom. Due to their strong nutty flavor, they are an incredibly popular gourmet mushroom.
In this blend, the freeze-dried truffles and dehydrated porcini are mixed with sea salt harvested on the North coast of Tasmania.
Try adding a pinch to risotto, soups, and sauces. it is excellent on chicken, seafood and game meats. sprinkle on roasted vegetables or an assortment of pan-fried wild or exotic mushrooms.
IMPORTANT: This product is seasonal and will be available in limited quantities. When it’s gone there will be no more until next Winter. S0 get in quickly!
