Native Pepperberry (Tasmannia lanceolata)

$10.00$20.00

The pepperberry (Tasmannia lanceolata) is native to Tasmania. Commonly known as Tasmanian pepperberry, mountain pepper and native pepper.

The berries have a sweet peppery taste that lingers on the taste buds. They have a totally unique, spicy and “bitey” flavour that cannot be replicated by any other spice. The leaves of the native pepper are also used to give a wild, natural and spicy taste to foods.

Pepperberry is available in whole dried berries, crushed dried berries, and dried ground leaves.

They can be used anywhere you’d use traditional black pepper.

Versatile, nutritious and extremely high in anti-oxidants.

** Please Note** Due to a particularly bad season for pepperberries in Tasmania this year, stocks are limited. Get yours now because it won’t last long!
