Anise myrtle, (Syzygium anisatum) is a flowering plant, native to Australia.

Subtle sweet liquorice flavoured leaves used for seasoning desserts (amazing in chocolate or fruity ice cream), sweet sauces and preserves. Also used in savoury sauces or marinades for meats. especially great with fish or pork.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to quarantine restrictions this product cannot be sent to WA.
