Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer the following shipping options within Australia – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

- FREE Click & Collect from Harvest Market Launceston, Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm (Order before Thursday 10am)
Order Processing and Delivery Time
We do our very best to ensure that orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday are processed within 48 business hours for standard shipping and the same (or next business day for weekend orders) for express shipping. If there are any anticipated delays to processing your order, you will be advised by email or SMS. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on Monday or on the next business day. Pick up by Australia Post or Courier may take 24 hours.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Once dispatched, delivery times are managed by Australia Post or the selected courier.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are able to modify the delivery address if it is prior to the completion of processing. If you require an address change please contact us. We can send to P.O. boxes within Australia.
International Orders
We ship within Australia only. At this time we cannot send international orders. If you have a specific request you can contact us but there are no guarantees we can help.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched (usually via Australia Post), we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly via the carrier’s website.
