  • No Wasabi Salt? You can get it here or use regular sea salt mixed with a little wasabi paste.

Ingredients:

  • 2 x 120g tuna steaks
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ tsp Wasabi Salt
  • 3 tbsp black and white sesame seeds
  • lime wedges

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Tuna: Rub the tuna steaks with sesame oil, sesame seeds and wasabi salt.
  2. Sear the Tuna: Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. Sear the tuna for 1–2 minutes on each side, until rare.
  3. Serve: Slice the tuna and serve it with lime wedges.
