Ingredients:
- 2 x 120g tuna steaks
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp Wasabi Salt
- 3 tbsp black and white sesame seeds
- lime wedges
Instructions:
- Prep the Tuna: Rub the tuna steaks with sesame oil, sesame seeds and wasabi salt.
- Sear the Tuna: Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat. Sear the tuna for 1–2 minutes on each side, until rare.
- Serve: Slice the tuna and serve it with lime wedges.
