  • Make the dough: In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, olive oil, water, and Smoked Garlic & Rosemary Salt until it comes together into a soft dough.
  • Roll it out: Lightly flour your bench and roll the dough thin – about 2–3mm is perfect.
  • Cook the flatbread: Heat a dry frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the flatbread for about 2 minutes each side, or until puffed and golden brown.
  • Assemble: Transfer to a serving plate. While still warm, spread with ricotta, drizzle with honey, and finish with an extra pinch of Smoked Garlic & Rosemary Finishing Salt for a final burst of flavour.

Substitutions

  • Flour: Plain flour works perfectly, but you can swap for a gluten-free blend if needed (just be mindful the texture might vary slightly).
