At A Pinch of Tasmania, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be happy with your purchase.
This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
We may, at our discretion, consider returns for unopened, unused items within 30 days of purchase. If approved, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:
- Is faulty or damaged
- Is unsafe
- Is not as described
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Sale Items
Sale items are subject to the same Australian Consumer Law guarantees as full-priced items.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected (if required), we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If an exchange is approved, we will advise you of the return address and next steps.
Return Shipping
Where a return is required due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.
For approved discretionary returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
