How to Make Peri Peri Chicken Wings
Step 1: Prepare the wings
Combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and Peri Peri Seasoning. Toss wings to coat.
Step 2: Boost the flavour
Marinate at least 30 mins (overnight if possible).
Step 3: Prepare the oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 4: Bake Until Crispy
Bake for 35–40 mins, turning once, until golden and crispy.
Step 5: Serve and enjoy!
Once golden and crisp, remove from the oven and serve hot with lemon wedges.
Final Tip
For even crispier results, try air-frying the chicken wings at 200°C for 25-30 minutes. Just be sure to shake the basket often and keep a close eye at the end.
