  • 600g baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1½-2½ tbsp Parmesan & Roast Garlic Popcorn Seasoning
  • a pinch of salt, to taste (Note: there is some salt in the seasoning, so go carefully with this

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (fan-forced).
  2. Toss potatoes in olive oil and salt.
  3. Roast 30–35 mins until golden and crisp.
  4. Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan & Roast Garlic Popcorn Seasoning while hot, and toss well.

Pro Tip:

Parboiling potatoes before baking creates fluffy insides and crispy exteriors by pre-cooking the center and creating a rough, starchy surface for roasting. After boiling until just tender, shake the potatoes in a colander to rough up their edges, then toss with the oil and salt before baking.
