Grilled Prawns with Kaffir Lime Ginger & Chilli Salt
Ingredients
- 10 green prawns peeled, unpeeled or peeled with tails on are all fine options
- 1 Tbsp neutral oil grapeseed, rice bran, or light olive oil
- 1 large pinch Kaffir Lime, Ginger & Chilli Finishing Salt
- fresh lime wedges, to serve kaffir lime or other
Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Prawns
- Start by tossing your peeled prawns in a bowl with the neutral oil and Kaffir Lime, Ginger & Chilli Finishing Salt. Make sure they’re evenly coated - this little step is where the magic starts.
