  • Lamb cutlets, leg steaks or lamb backstrap
  • Olive oil
  • Greek Seasoning
  • Lemon zest

For the yoghurt sauce

  • Thick Greek yoghurt
  • Lemon juice

Method

  • Pat the lamb dry and place in a bowl.
  • Add olive oil, Greek Seasoning and lemon zest. Rub well to coat evenly.
